My name is Sean Rubenstein, and I am a 3D/CG Rigging Artist. I currently work from home on the East Coast USA for a California based studio. That studio is called Encore VFX.
I got into Rigging while I attended college at the School of Visual Arts in NYC as a Computer Art major, class of 2016. After I graduated, I had the opportunity to freelance and work small contract jobs for a variety of studios in 3 different cities such as Aardman Nathan Love(NY), VaynerMedia(NY), Brand New School(NY), Reel FX(Montreal, Canada), Mr. X(Toronto, Canada).
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work on a variety of commercials, TV shows and films. Two highlights of my career that I had the opportunity to work on include films such as Monster Hunter and Scary Stories to tell in the Dark.
Aside from my professional career, I am also very passionate about my personal projects in Maya which include my rigs that I have on this site. I’ve always been a strong believer that working on personal projects is the right way to keep sharpening your skills in whatever profession you are in. Which is why I hope that to those who are interested in my rigs, will use them to create some amazing work for themselves.
