Animation Layer Manager

This script is a Maya Python tool that helps you manage animation layers with a custom UI.
Here’s a short description of what it does:

• Merge All Layers → Bakes and merges all animation layers (except BaseAnimation) into the base layer.

• Merge Selected Layers → Only merges the animation layers you select.

• Extract Animation to Layer → Moves animation from selected objects into a new animation layer, clearing it from the base.

• Create New Layer with Selected Objects → Makes a new layer with your selection and adds boundary keyframes (using timeline range or playback range).
